Troubleshooting Issues with Trend Micro Antivirus

Overview

In some instances, you might notice a disruption to the desktop client sync process when Trend Micro Antivirus is installed within the same environment as vBoxxCloud.

Solution

The Trend Micro Behavior Monitoring feature can sometimes block the desktop client sync process. To resolve this issue,  add the following Desktop Client services to the Trend Micro Behavior Monitoring exclusion list:

  • agent_service.exe
  • agent_gui.exe
