ENPhotographers take hundreds of photos during a photoshoot. People also do the same whenever they visit a new country, or simply share their lives on social media. Browsing and saving pictures in a safe place has become essential, but how and where can you do that?

Enough storage space
To store many photos, you obviously need a large storage space. Being able to quickly upgrade and downgrade your cloud, is essential to save on costs and always guarantee that you have enough storage space. In the vBoxx client portal you can easily adjust the storage of your organization at any time. If it happens that you have too much storage, you can also downgrade at any time.

If you have a vBoxxCloud account, you can share what you think about our cloud solution and receive 60GB storage per review for free! You can write a review on Google, Facebook, AlternativeTo and Trustpilot. In total you can earn 240GB of free storage! This is very useful if you have a lot of photos.
Need for privacy
The photos you take are not for everyone. It is therefore important that they are stored securely in the cloud. You can use the two-step authentication when signing up. You will receive an authentication code via the application, SMS or email. This means that not everyone can access your photos.
All data, including your photos, are securely hosted in the Netherlands. vBoxx has chosen the Maincubes data center because it is located in Amsterdam. As a result, everything is stored according to the privacy rules of the AVG.

Not only does our data center contribute to the environment, but so do we. We contribute to the environment by participating in the Tree Nation project. We have planted 5,001 trees, giving us our own 1.67-hectare forest. This forest compensates a total of 100.04 tons of CO2 emissions.

Corporate Social Responsibility
In addition to the Tree Nation project, we are also committed to a better environment in other ways. We only work with suppliers who share the same sustainable values. We often replace the hardware in our data centers with more efficient equipment and immediately digitize where possible. All disposable hardware is reused or recycled in accordance with Dutch law.
Access your photos anywhere
If you want to view your photos not only on your computer, but also on another device, that’s no problem. You can easily sync the photos to other devices.
You can also decide for yourself which photos will be downloaded to your device. This saves space on your device!
Recover Deleted Photos
vBoxxCloud has a continuous backup feature. If you accidentally delete a folder/photo, the folder/photo can be recovered easily. vBoxxCloud tracks file changes. Every time a file is edited and saved; it creates a different file version that can be restored at any time.
Also, administrators can set a policy that prevents users from permanently deleting files. This way you won’t lose your photos!
Share your photos easily
When the photos are edited and ready, you want to share them with others, but how do you do that easily and without hassle? In the customer portal you can easily create a guest user and then share the folder(s).
You can share the folder(s) with the photos with a secure link. In this way, the customers always must log in first before they can access the folder(s).
Migrate your photos
If you already have existing photos and you would like to move everything to vBoxx, we will help you with that! Together we choose the right moment, and we migrate everything smoothly to the cloud. This will prevent you from losing photos.
Your own website
In addition to storage space, do you also want your own website for your own company? That’s possible! You can register your own domain name and have your website hosted by vBoxx.
