Certain features of our service require you to register beforehand. You will have to provide some information about yourself and choose a username and password for the account that we will set up for you.

We store this information for the minimal time required by law after you closed your account. We will retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website, and in order to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

When a user registers for a vBoxxCloud account, we collect certain personal information, including the user's phone number, name and address details, invoice address, and email address. This information is used to create and manage the user's account, as well as to provide customer support and billing services.

File

We allow users to upload and store various types of digital content, including text files, documents, images, and videos. This content is stored on our servers and is only accessible to the user and any individuals that the user has granted access to. We have no visibility into the files on a user's device unless they are uploaded to our servers.

Usage

vBoxxCloud collects data on how users interact with their uploaded files, including information on file creation, modification, and deletion. This data is used to provide the user with the ability to restore deleted files and to show a log of file activity. This data is not collected on the user's device, but rather on our servers.

Data Sharing and Protection

vBoxxCloud does not share any personal or sensitive user data with third parties, except in cases where we are required to do so by law or with the explicit consent of the user.
