Upgrading & Downgrading vBoxxCloud
You can automatically add or remove users and storage packs from your vBoxxCloud account. In this article, you will find the steps you need to take in order to change the number of users and storage packs.
Note: If you can't access the upgrade options, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to upgrade your account?
- Sign in with your Client Portal account here.
- In the vBoxxCloud item, click on Manage.
- Click on upgrade / downgrade, to upgrade the service.
- Select the number of users/storage packs and click on continue.
Note: The value is automatically adjusted based on the days remaining until the next invoice.
