3. When sharing with a guest user, choose a ''Secure Share''. In ''Recipients'', enter the email address; a Guest User will automatically be created for this email address.

Managing guest accounts - End User
1. These Guest Users can also be managed by creating the Guest user beforehand. After this Guest User is created, they will automatically receive an email with their login credentials.
By right-clicking on share on the desired file or folder, you will see the sharing settings. Here you can specify the name/email and settings for the person you want to share with.
By clicking on "Save and notify new recipients", the users will receive an email notification.
Congratulations, you have shared a folder with guest users in your Cloud organization!

Managing Shares
Want to know who currently has access to which files in your Cloud organization? Then go to "Files" / "Shares". There you will see the overview below.
Team Shares: These are all folders shared within your vBoxxCloud with other users in your organization. Go to "Organization" / "Shares" to create and manage these folders.
Items You Have Shared: These are all folders or files you have personally shared with guest users, regular users, or email addresses. To see who the folder or file is shared with, you can click on the triangle . To make changes or add people, you can click on the icon with 2 people .
Items Shared With Me: These are all folders or files that other vBoxxCloud users have shared with you.
